General Description
- Grinding of resins
- Inventory / control of scrap and ground materials
- Blending of rubber resins
- Performing material changeovers of blending equipment
- Loading and recording of scrap that goes on trucks to be sold
- Fill out bill of ladings for truck drivers
- Other duties as needed

- This principle of comprehensive quality management is developed and furthered through training (on the job), continuing/ extended education, as well as continued supply of information and updates, and should be exemplified by supervisors on every level.
- Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to operate forklift
- Some computer skills required
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Perform some maintenance duties for equipment
