Where we need you
Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and production standards. This may include a group of machines or a single manually attended machine. Works with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment. Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production activities such as problems encountered and/or machines that they have been assigned and are responsible for. Maintain detailed records as described in SOPs and other job specific procedures Takes training from Supervisor and Group Lead to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the operation. Responsible for the housekeeping and safety of their work areas. Flexible and able to work in all areas assigned to meet customer requirements. Communicate problems to other team members during cross over meetings. Capable of working in non-clean room manufacturing environment based on production needs

Required Skills/Abilities: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Fine motor control and repetitive motion Prior Plastics Injection Molding experience preferred Ability to learn and display an understanding of quality, safety and process knowledge Capable of working with team members as needed
- Ability to read and speak English
- Attention to detail and tasks being performed in order to identify potential changes and/or problems with the processes and products
- Desire and demonstrated ability to produce 100% quality product all the time
- Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions and consistently demonstrate compliance
- Asks questions when unclear of direction or instructions
- Able to communicate with team members in a positive manner
- Able to work independently as well as alongside team members Education and Experience: Previous clean room experience preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements:
- Manufacturing environment requiring appropriate eye protection.
- Exposure to high noise level in the work environment requiring hearing protection.
- Gowning and sanitation for manufacturing in a clean room
- Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight hours per day
