Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize logistics operations across the supply chain.
- Plan and supervise internal and external logistics flows.
- Ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining operational excellence.
- Coordinate logistics activities with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Manage logistics costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop logistics workflows and standard operating procedures.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management (shipping & receiving).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional logistics teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Tier 1 manufacturing and injection molding.
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in inventory, purchasing, supplier, and logistics management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
