Where we need you
2nd shift 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri and weekends when needed
- Plan trailers / containers according to daily requirements / maximum capacity
- Create and close out load lists in SAP for all customer
- Create manual shipping document
- Get quotes from carrier
- Maintain customer- and trucking portals in the web
- Monitor due date
- Communicate with production planers, carriers, material handlers, supervisor, warehouse manager
- Scan and file shipping document
- Other office duties
