Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage our business across Eastern North Carolina and Virginia. This role is responsible for developing new business, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving demand at the end-user level.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy and strong earning potential for a motivated sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within assigned territory (Eastern NC & VA)
- Manage and expand relationships with key distributors
- Call on OEMs, end users, and engineering firms to generate demand
- Conduct joint sales calls to close opportunities
- Identify and convert competitive business opportunities
- Provide technical product support and application solutions
- Forecast sales and manage territory pipeline
Qualifications
- 3 years of outside sales experience (industrial or B2B preferred)
- Experience in bearings, power transmission, conveyor, or related industries is a strong plus
- Proven ability to grow territory sales and develop new business
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with technical sales and problem-solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
