Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone systems and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in vendor management
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
