Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of comprehensive responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other client-based deliverables with the Marketing team.
- Coordinate, gather, and assemble the individual elements of RFQ, RFP, from our team members.
- Review, edit, and proof documentation for grammar, consistency, readability, precision of language.
- Interview internal team members regarding past work history to develop marketing resumes.
- Develop written project narratives and populate databases.
- Implement all R. C. Stevens branding standards.
- Coordinate daily due dates tasks, update task management tool database.
- Support business card development, apparel, and organization of back stock.
- Support marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Update and maintain all social media platforms, website, and tradeshow materials.
- All other duties as assigned.
- May require some travel as needed.
- College degree.
- 1-3 years’ experience in related work preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to include InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Cosential, Asana, and Wordpress is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and various browsers.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
- Interact with all co-workers and clients in an attentive courteous manner.
- At time may perform clerical/administrative duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong management skills including prioritizing tasks, scheduling, and organizing.
- Effectively handling multiple assignments and deadlines.
- DFWP/Background Checks required.
- Knowledge of basic construction industry and terminology preferred.
