Snow Removal Specialist
R&C Lawn Care Inc. is hiring a hardworking Snow Removal specialist to help manage outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients in Jefferson and Dodge Counties. We put customer happiness above all else and pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time.
Job Responsibilities
- Snowplow: Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, paths, driveways, parking lots, and roadways in winter utilizing Bobcats Dump Trucks, Wheel Loaders, Plow Trucks, Salt Spreaders and Snow Blowers.
- Maintenance of all equipment and trucks that you operate. (i.e. bobcats, dump trucks, wheel loaders, plow trucks, salt spreaders, snow blowers (i.e. cleaning units after usage, sharpening blades, checking fluids, oil, gas, belts, hydraulic fuel, etc.) Able to load and unload equipment on trucks and trailers.
- Meet with potential clients to assess driveways, parking lots and roads to identify areas of improvement that our services can provide.
- Log billable hours accurately.
Qualifications
- 2 year’s experience with Snow removal
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record with no major violation in the past 2 years, and reliable transportation.
- CDL is beneficial, but not required.
- Able to sit, stand, kneel, lift 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively. Positive attitude. Strong communication skills. Able to follow instructions.
- Experience tracking time and documentation of all work performed.
Working Hours and Availability
- Part-time with potential for full-time, based on the weather.
- Must be available Monday to Friday, with on-call for the weekend, weather permitting.
Compensation
- Pay will be based on experience.
