Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, rooftop units (RTUs), and related accessories.
- Assist with running refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas piping, venting, and electrical connections in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Work closely with lead installers, project managers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- 2 years of HVAC helper experience
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, ductwork, and installation practices.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and common HVAC installation equipment.
- Valid driver's license
