What You’ll Do
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, degreasing, inspection)
- Set up and operate spray equipment and coating systems
- Apply industrial coatings to meet quality and finish standards
- Inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines
- Ensure proper handling and storage of paints and materials
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing painting
- Strong understanding of coating application methods and equipment
- Attention to detail and pride in finish quality
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow
