EHS Technician – Manufacturing (1st Shift)
Wagner is looking for an EHS Technician to support safety and environmental efforts across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend time on the shop floor working alongside our teams to help keep people safe and operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do
- Support day-to-day safety efforts across our facilities
- Lead and assist with safety training for employees
- Participate in incident and near-miss investigations and help identify solutions
- Help maintain programs like LOTO, SDS, and general safety compliance
- Spend time on the production floor identifying hazards and working with teams to improve safety
- Assist with basic environmental compliance tasks (waste handling, documentation, vendor coordination)
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to support a strong safety culture
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, safety, maintenance, or a related field or hands-on experience in a production environment
- Interest in workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have (but not required)
- OSHA knowledge or safety training experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with basic safety programs (LOTO, incident investigations, etc.)

Schedule & Work Environment
- Primarily 1st shift (Monday–Friday)
- Mix of shop floor and office work
- Occasional exposure to manufacturing environment (noise, dust, etc.)
- PPE required on the production floor
