Job Title: Barista/Boba Tea Specialist (No Experience Necessary)
Location: Easley, SC
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Shift: Morning Shifts (9:30AM-5PM) and Night Shifts (5PM-11PM), Weekdays & Weekends

We are seeking individuals with barista experience or those who are eager to learn the art of making delicious boba drinks. Whether you're an experienced barista or new to the world of boba tea, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality boba tea drinks, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Learn and follow recipes for beverages and food items.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment with safety and efficiency.
- Handle cash register, process payments, and manage transactions.
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met while preparing drinks and handling food.
- Help maintain inventory and stock levels for ingredients and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, with a preference for candidates able to work weekday morning shifts (9AM-5PM or 11AM-5PM). Weekend availability is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
