Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or plumbing issues
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a hazard-free environment
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial supplies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling repeatedly
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
