A leading construction company in Greensboro is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Division President and executive leadership team. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for supporting executive operations, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring day-to-day business activities run efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Division President and executive team
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange and coordinate business travel, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare, review, and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparation of materials and meeting logistics
- Maintain confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Assist with project tracking, document management, and executive follow-up items
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Support office operations and perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional certifications are a plus
- Previous experience providing administrative support to executives, senior leadership, or management teams preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting leadership
