Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a positive, structured, and Christ-centered classroom environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities
- Collaborate with school administration and fellow educators to support school-wide goals
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation
- Incorporate faith-based values and principles into daily instruction and classroom culture
Requirements:
- Degree in ECE
- Prior classroom teaching or lead teacher experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and differentiated instruction strategies
- Genuine commitment to Christian values and faith-based education
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Valid teaching license or certification (or willingness to obtain) a plus
