R.A.S. Logistics is a provider of final mile delivery services and a growing leader in the logistics industry. If you are looking for a great opportunity in the Denver, Colorado area, RAS XPS is currently adding a Market Manager to our team!
The Market Manager works with delivery drivers and communicates with store teams to ensure the consumer has the best possible final mile experience through the following responsibilities.
- Support daily operations and workflow processes including monitoring of routes, assignment of orders to drivers and ensuring timely execution of deliveries
- Help manage the dispatch of 25-40 Independent Contractor drivers at a time in the RAS XPS application
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for managing drivers and communicating with stores
- Ensure operations are performing efficiently and meeting customer expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with XPS partners in the Denver, Colorado Market
- Resolve operational issues in an efficient, fair and expeditious manner
- Driving growth and profitability in the market through strategic management
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high priority items in a fast-paced environment
