Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations / District Manager to oversee 6-8 QSR locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring profitability, and leading a team of General Managers to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned units, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to enhance performance and drive results.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Analyze financial reports, control costs, and optimize labor scheduling.
- Develop and execute strategies for employee retention, training, and performance improvement.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on business objectives and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a multi-unit leadership role within the QSR industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Passion for operational excellence and team development.
