What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Service Technician position at R.A. Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.?
We are seeking a residential service technician and a residential replacement technician. Some of the job duties include:
- Repair of residential and light commercial equipment
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Meeting local HVAC codes
You Must Have:
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - please do not apply if you don't have 3 years of relevant experience.
- A valid driver's license
- An EPA card
- Knowledge of most makes/models
We Prefer That You Have:
- Have an understanding of advanced principals of air conditioning, and heating layout.
- Have the ability to work full-time with some work after hours, with short or no notice. Overtime pay will apply.
- Have the ability to work in confined spaces, high places and construction sites.
* Expected hours: 40 per week plus on-call rotation
* Company vehicle provided and can be taken home

Time Off Benefits
Employees begin accruing vacation on the first day of employment. Six paid Holidays; in addition, full-time employees accrue personal days beginning on their date of hire and accrue a maximum of up to 5 personal days bi-annually.
