R-2 Contractors, Inc. seeks an accomplished Division Manager to lead the Utility-Scale Drilled Pier Foundation Division. You will drive strategic direction, build a high-performing team, and oversee nationwide drilled pier operations across projects. This executive role collaborates with operations, estimators, and leadership to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Location options include Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR, with ~25% monthly travel to project sites. Salary ranges from $180k to $250k DOE.

Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
