Job Title: Entry-Level Shop Laborer/\Maintanace Tech training to be a Tech – Build a Career With Us
Location: Gilbert Shop
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour DOE
Status: Full-Time
Reports To: Shop Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain experience around vehicles, equipment, tools, and shop operations.

What You’ll Be Doing- Pressure washing and detailing company vehicles
- Changing oil and helping with basic vehicle upkeep
- Stocking vehicles with tools and supplies
- Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining shop areas
- Assisting with inventory of tools, trailers, and equipment
- Picking up parts and materials
- Helping maintain trailers and various equipment
- Supporting shop techs to gain exp and knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
- No driving restrictions
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Flexible to work varying hours when needed
- Learn hands-on skills that can grow into a long-term Maintenance Tech career
- Work around equipment, vehicles, and tools
- Gain real-world experience
