We are seeking a Manager, Creator Strategy to join our growing Strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands creator culture, entertainment fandoms, platform behaviors, and how creator-led campaigns drive conversation, engagement, and business outcomes.
This person will help shape creative strategy, creator recommendations, pitch development, and integrated social marketing programs across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creative thinker, platform expert, and collaborative operator.
This role will have meaningful influence on campaign thinking, creative direction, and how QYOU continues to evolve its creator strategy capabilities.
Los Angeles-based preferred. Hybrid/remote flexibility available depending on candidate and market.
What You’ll Do
Creator & Campaign Strategy
- Develop creator-led, social-first marketing strategies for entertainment, gaming, and consumer brand campaigns
- Translate client briefs into clear campaign objectives, audience insights, platform strategies, creator approaches, and social storytelling frameworks
- Help shape integrated campaign ideas spanning creators, paid social, community engagement, and platform-native content
- Identify culturally relevant trends, fandom behaviors, creator formats, and emerging opportunities across social platforms
- Participate in client presentations and strategy discussions alongside internal leadership teams
Pitch & Proposal Development
- Partner with Sales, Creative, Account Management, Talent, and Production teams to develop proactive pitches and RFP responses
- Contribute to campaign architecture, creator recommendations, strategic narratives, and presentation storytelling
- Build client-ready materials including proposal decks, case studies, strategy presentations, and campaign concepts
- Help tailor ideas and creator approaches across varying budget levels and campaign scopes
Creator Research & Talent Strategy
- Research and evaluate creators across entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, and culture verticals
- Assess creators not only on audience size, but also creative fit, community engagement, platform fluency, brand safety, and cultural relevance
- Stay current on creator ecosystem shifts, platform updates, monetization trends, and emerging talent
- Collaborate with Talent and Account teams to help shape creator casting strategies and campaign recommendations

What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in creator marketing, social strategy, entertainment marketing, digital media, or integrated campaigns
- Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and short-form social platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and emerging channels
- Strong instincts around internet culture, fandoms, entertainment marketing, and social storytelling
- Experience contributing to pitches, campaign strategy, or integrated marketing proposals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and strategic storytelling
- Ability to think both creatively and operationally in fast-moving environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with social analytics, creator discovery tools, trend tracking, and performance reporting
- Comfort leveraging AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, synthesis, and presentation development
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Creative, Production, Talent, and Account teams

- Experience working with entertainment, streaming, gaming, or youth-focused brands
- Understanding of paid social amplification and creator content as performance creative
- Experience with live-service gaming, fandom communities, or launch-based marketing
