Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages to customers following established protocols
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Handling cash transactions and process payments accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
