Patient Services Supervisor

Job Overview
The Patient Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the clinic to ensure high-quality, culturally competent, and patient-centered care. This position oversees administrative and clinical support staff, assists with management of budgets and resources, helps ensures regulatory compliance, and supports the strategic goals of the organization.

Primary Duties

· Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient services, scheduling, and facility management.

· Supervise, train, and evaluate clinic staff including medical assistants, front desk, and support personnel.

· Resolve patient concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

· Ensure adherence to federal, state, tribal, and local health regulations.

· Monitor key performance indicators such as visit volume, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

· Implement and monitor quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

· Helps manage provider credentialing and oversight of insurance contracts.

· Helps manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and helps ensure financial accountability across patient services.

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient flow, and access to care.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field preferred.

· Two (2) years of Supervisory or Leadership experience in a health care setting required.

· Clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or other AHP preferred.

· Knowledge in Medical Terminology, EHR and Insurance Eligibility.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
