This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, based in Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area. - Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret, evaluate, and derive actionable insights from data
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience with Business Process optimization and understanding end-to-end workflows
- Proven ability to define, document, and analyze Business Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
