The Sr IT Project Manager supports QVC. This manager leads supply chain technology initiatives across warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, and enterprise systems. The goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, and align with business goals.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Lead complex IT projects that support QVC's end-to-end supply chain operations, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across WMS, TMS, ERP, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Build and manage full project plans across the software development lifecycle, including financial planning, resource estimation, requirements definition, vendor oversight, timeline management, and executive-level status reporting.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, managed service providers, and external vendors to gather requirements, prioritize investments, manage scope changes, and ensure quality delivery that is on time and within budget.
- Drive project financials, risk management, and performance tracking by managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring KPIs, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues when needed.
- Lead change management and project closeout activities, including organizational readiness, training, communications, testing, deployment, transition to production support, lessons learned, and financial closure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- 10 years of experience in technology, including 5 years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of supply chain systems and operations, including experience with WMS platforms such as Infios WMS or Manhattan Associates WMS, plus familiarity with OTM, TMS, ERP, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Expertise in hybrid Agile and traditional project management practices, with the ability to manage scope, budgets, risks, vendors, and executive stakeholder communications independently.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or omnichannel environments, with change management, problem-solving, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
