What You'll Do
- Develop advanced analytical models, including machine learning solutions, to optimize forecasting, inventory placement, and supply chain flows.
- Design and automate predictive and prescriptive reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decision-making.
- Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas, integrating processes, technologies, and stakeholder needs.
- Support senior leadership by preparing executive-level presentations and facilitating business reviews.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, sharing best practices and analytical expertise.
- Assess risks, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics.
- Advanced skills in SQL and strong experience with data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.
- Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.
