- The compensation for this role is $20/Hour.
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our QVC Outlet in Frazer, PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
- Assign daily tasks to sales associates and receivers, assist with scheduling, and maintain operational efficiency in store receiving and inventory processes
- Manage store operations including opening/closing, bank deposits, merchandising, security, and event signage
- Ensure customer service standards are met, resolve customer issues, and communicate decisions to customers and the team
- Support hiring and training by interviewing candidates, conducting orientation, and providing operational and customer service training
- Ensure compliance with HR, Loss Prevention, and Safety policies; manage promotional programs, and recommend strategies for product allocation, pricing, and marketing events
- Education: A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of training & experience
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of retail lead or key holder experience
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
