The Opportunity
As our Guest Excellence Training Coordinator, you would report to the On Camera Talent Manager. This position supports the Recruitment, Casting and Training Partners for Guest Excellence, as it relates to the execution & facilitation of the Guest Excellence Certification Seminar. Other responsibilities include the administrative duties the of Vendor Portal Guest on-boarding, supporting Private Guest Trainings (Celebrity & High-Profile guests), assist in Host & Guests auditions and trainings when needed.
Your Impact
- You will support the facilitation of the Guest Excellence Certification Seminar. Directly supports the Guest Excellence Seminar. Includes scheduling, tracking and data entry of all guest information into our QVC systems. Including Learning Lab and Portfolio Pad data entry.
- You will supports Private Guest Trainings (Celebrity & High-Profile Guests), assists in Host & Guests auditions and other trainings as assigned. Supports the Host Sample process when needed.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of On-air Guest systems as well as an annual audit of active, certified guests.
- You will be responsible for the Vendor Portal Guest Management system, including the creation and maintenance of the Guest information repository.
- Supports the year-end review and maintenance of all Guest Excellence documents, forms and communication templates. Including audit of decertification, tag and positioning information.
What You Bring
- BA or equivalent business work experience
- 3 years experience in talent, training, or recruitment related industry.
- Public speaking experience
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Power Point, MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the QVC Brand
