- The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments.
- We'll provide the tools and training you need to succeed in leading your team.
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
- Assigned schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
- Department: Inbound Stow
- Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace.
- You will report to the Outbound Area Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment
- Apply problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings
- Foster collaboration and positive team culture
