Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Continuous Improvement Engineer supports QVC and HSN, and you will be responsible for process improvement, change management, and, technology projects and roadmaps supporting QVC Group. You will report to the Director Inbound Supply Chain & Product Central
- Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments including Customer Service, Finance, and Technology, using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis, the emphasis is on process improvement and promoting a culture of innovation.
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA 4 days per week. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Deleware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- You will provide assessments for process improvement opportunities related to customer service, productivity, cost, incremental sales and process simplification.
- Identify the most efficient methods that ensure our highest possible productivity.
- Develop labor standards for documented methods and procedures. You will share best practices between teams and ensure consistency across all sites.
- Recommend and assess technology to improve efficiency and safety.
- Help implement corporate projects. Create and own tech roadmap.
- A BS degree is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years experience performing and analyzing Time Studies
- Lean or Six Sigma training
- 2 years experience in industrial engineering and successful demonstration of the responsibilities and skillset listed above.
