Senior Calibration Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Field/Calibration Technician with a strong background in instrumentation, calibration, and hands-on troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience, strong technical skills, and a proven track record working in production, process, or GMP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation calibration, functional testing, and verification.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of process instruments and equipment.
• Conduct field service activities including installation, inspection, and diagnostics.
• Maintain calibration records, documentation, and status reports.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical expertise on instrumentation, sensors, analyzers, transmitters, flow/pressure/temperature devices, etc.
• Ensure all work complies with GMP, FDA, and internal quality standards (if applicable).
• Support laboratory or production equipment calibration as needed.

Required Experience

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience as a Field Technician or Calibration Technician.
• Strong proficiency in calibration of process instruments (temperature, pressure, flow, level, analytical devices).
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working in instrumentation production, process, power generation, or industrial environments.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
