Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support early-stage R&D initiatives. The role involves project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth execution across teams. Key responsibilities include developing project estimations and cost/benefit models, tracking progress and risks, and driving alignment with portfolio goals. The Project Manager will lead process-improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance lab workflows and overall efficiency.
This role requires close collaboration with Automation, IT, and scientific teams to gather inputs and validate technical assumptions. Additional responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional meetings, preparing regular status reports, and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. The Project Manager will also assist with resource planning, project documentation, and PMO governance activities.
Requirements:
5 years of Project Management or related experience
Strong collaboration and analytical skills
Experience in R&D, labs, or technical environments a plus
