We are seeking a Process / Project Engineer to support capital project delivery and process engineering activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support process engineering activities for capital investment projects
- Develop process engineering deliverables including:
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Equipment specifications and process datasheets
- Cause & effect diagrams, control and shutdown philosophies
- Perform process simulations, calculations, optimization, and equipment sizing/selection
- Prepare engineering documentation and support HAZOP studies and reports
- Facilitate and execute engineering change control documentation
- Provide process engineering inputs to cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
- Issue RFIs, review vendor documentation, and perform technical bid evaluations
- Support construction activities, safety programs, and site documentation
- Track project progress, resource planning, and engineering deliverables
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in process engineering / project execution
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of cGMP and regulated environments
- Experience preparing engineering design documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
