The Opportunity
As a Solutions Architect, you will be the trusted technical advisor for our customers, designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage the full power of the Quvia platform. This is a highly visible role where you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique operational needs, and architect solutions that drive their business forward. Candidates must be able to work from our South Florida office in Miramar, and be flexible with working from client sites in this area.
What You'll Do
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Build deep, trust-based relationships with our customers by understanding their business goals and operational workflows. This will involve spending time at client locations within the South Florida region.
- Architect Innovative Solutions: Lead the design and integration of the Quvia platform into customer environments, ensuring our solutions are both technically sound and aligned with their business objectives.
- Drive Pre-Sales Success: Showcase the power of Quvia through compelling technical workshops, whitepapers, demos, and proof-of-concept projects that solve real-world problems.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work in close partnership with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into successful deployments and long-term value.
- Be a Voice for Quvia: Represent Quvia as a thought leader at industry conferences and events through speaking engagements and published content.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering.
- Location: Candidates must be based in South Florida. Please do not apply if you are located outside of this region.
- Technical Depth:
- Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge computing.
- Expertise in NAS/SAN concepts and protocols (NFS, SMB).
- Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration, including file system permissions and mount points.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience building Campus to Cloud networks, Multi/Hybrid Cloud Networks and application delivery infrastructure using AWS Transit Gateway, VPC design, Direct Connect, and Cloud VPN solutions.
- Communication Skills: An exceptional ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive and collaborative approach to creative problem-solving.
- SaaS Savvy: Previous experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, analytics, or data platform solutions is a strong plus.
