ILP Technician – Inspection, Labeling & Packaging
Location: Bloomsbury, NJ
Shift: Full-Time, 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 3 PM – 11:30 PM)
Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00/hour

About the Role
Are you detail-oriented and committed to quality? Join our team as an Inspection, Labeling, and Packaging (ILP) Technician and play a crucial role in delivering safe, high-quality pharmaceutical products to patients across the U.S.
After completing our thorough training program, you’ll be responsible for accurately inspecting, labeling, and packaging medications in compliance with strict industry regulations and QuVa’s high standards.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys independent work, and takes pride in precision and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare work areas and gather required materials
- Inspect, label, and package pharmaceutical products per SOPs
- Maintain clean workspaces and stock supplies
- Record documentation accurately to meet compliance and quality standards
- Report any deviations or concerns to management

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. (QuVa does not sponsor work visas)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Capable of walking, standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- 20/20 vision (with or without correction)
- Comfortable with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, handhelds)
- Willingness to follow strict gowning and sterile environment protocols
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Previous work in manufacturing, warehousing, or other detail-oriented environments
- Pharmaceutical or cleanroom experience
