Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain high-calibre talent.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the company's growth by developing, engaging, and motivating our team.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain a competitive pay and benefits programme, ensuring it is current and compliant.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor professional development programmes.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in accordance with UK employment law.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent people management skills and a results-driven approach.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to architect strategy.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
- A competitive annual salary ranging from £46,300 to £64,000, dependent on experience.
