Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via telephone and email from provided leads to introduce NETS International's services.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and identify potential opportunities.
- Clearly and effectively articulate our company's value proposition and service offerings.
- Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they are a suitable fit for our solutions.
- Secure and schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and lead activity within our CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and qualified appointments.
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as an Appointment Setter, Telesales Representative, or Business Development Representative.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and capture client requirements.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience within the IT or telecommunications sector would be a significant advantage but is not essential.
