Responsibilities
Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality software applications to meet the school's operational and educational needs.
Collaborate with teachers, administrative staff, and leadership to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Maintain and improve existing school software, including the Student Information System, websites, and internal portals.
Manage databases, ensuring data security, integrity, and accessibility.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues for staff and faculty.
Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all software projects.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose solutions that could benefit the school's mission.
Ensure all software solutions are secure and comply with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven professional experience in a software development role.
Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development languages and frameworks.
Solid experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
