Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage customer information, service appointments, and work order details in our company database.
- Update and maintain electronic records, including client accounts, service histories, and billing information.
- Process invoices, supplier details, and other financial data with a high degree of precision.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Scan and organise documents, maintaining a systematic digital and physical filing system.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and customer information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a strong focus on data integrity.
