Researcher, Executive Search
Location: NY
Qurated is a London-founded executive search firm, building out our New York team. We’re in a genuine growth phase, and this role sits within the early US team helping to scale our presence.
This is an opportunity for someone ambitious, early in their career, who wants to to build a long-term path in executive search, working on high-level, high-impact mandates from day one.
You will:
- Support C-suite and senior leadership searches with leading US and global clients
- Conduct research and map markets and identify high-calibre talent across defined sectors
- Build longlists and develop a clear view of how organisations and leadership teams are structured
- Engage senior candidates and support relationship-building over time
- Prepare research packs, candidate summaries, and market intelligence reports
- Work closely with experienced search consultants and the wider Qurated team to deliver high-quality outcomes
