Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative / Administrator to join our Burleson, TX office. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting our growing book of business. You’ll manage existing clients, handle billing and service requests, and ensure every customer receives professional, accurate, and friendly assistance.
After completing our comprehensive training, you’ll manage your own group of clients as their dedicated point of contact.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries about insurance policies and coverages
- Handle billing, payments, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy and transparency
- Communicate with carriers to resolve issues or process policy changes
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation in our systems
- Participate in continuing education and development opportunities (we support industry designations like CIC, CISR, or CRM)
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Prior insurance office or CSR experience preferred
- Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and accountability in all client work
- Mindset: Reliable, organized, and service-driven
