Quotable Media Co is a small PR agency that gets big results. We're based in Boston and are currently hiring for a part time Assistant Account Manager role, with the potential to grow. For now, we need someone to help manage 2-3 clients part time, in the Boston area. We have a beautiful downtown Boston office which we'd love for you to work out of, but for the right person some of the hours can be done remote.
We work with (mostly) women-led brands that are changing the world. We love elevating brands and getting them the visibility they deserve, mainly through media. We are goal obsessed and outcome oriented. For this position, we’re looking for someone who is confident in their pitching abilities and ideally already has an impressive portfolio of coverage from at least 1 post-college years working in a PR agency role, preferably in the lifestyle and hospitality space in Boston.

- Pitch and secure media coverage in top-tier and niche outlets — ideally leveraging some of your own journalist connections.
- Manage all PR activities for 2–3 clients, ensuring goals are met and clients are thrilled.
- Develop and maintain media lists, write compelling pitches, and track secured coverage.
- Contribute to strategic PR plans and proactively update tactics to hit goals.
- Write and edit press releases, blog posts, bylined articles, and other client content.
- Stay on top of trends and identify opportunities for clients to shine.
- Anticipate client needs and bring smart, proactive ideas to the table.
Our ideal candidate embodies these traits:
- 1 years in a PR agency role (Assistant Account Manager or Assistant Account Executive level preferred).
- Proven pitching experience and a track record of earned media results (Boston/lifestyle/hospitality experience a plus).
- Excellent PR writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients.
- A self-starter mentality — you take ownership and always look for ways to level up.
- Experience mentoring interns or junior team members is a plus.
- Extreme attention to detail - you never send an email without the attachment, or draft a document with a spelling or grammar mistake.
- A collaborative, creative spirit — we’re a small, tight-knit team that values big ideas and good energy.
