The Transformation Office Contractor will support enterprise portfolio management by driving disciplined project execution, enabling cross-functional coordination, and building automated dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
This role blends project management rigor, enterprise navigation, and AI-driven analytics enablement (including Claude AI) to improve visibility, governance, and value realization across Transformation Office initiatives.

The Transformation Office Contractor will support enterprise portfolio management by driving disciplined project execution, enabling cross-functional coordination, and building automated dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
This role blends project management rigor, enterprise navigation, and AI-driven analytics enablement (including Claude AI) to improve visibility, governance, and value realization across Transformation Office initiatives.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management Support
- Support end-to-end tracking of Transformation Office initiatives across functions
- Maintain initiative-level status, risks, dependencies, and milestone reporting
- Facilitate governance cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly reviews)
- Prepare ELT-ready portfolio summaries and decision packs
- Track ROI, payback, and value realization metrics
- Partner with functional leads to ensure initiative alignment and execution clarity
- Identify and escalate cross-functional risks and blockers
- Ensure standardized reporting across enterprise initiatives
- Support prioritization discussions and portfolio trade-off analysis
- Act as connective tissue between business, IT, Product, and Finance
- Design and build automated portfolio dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar)
- Create centralized KPI tracking portals for:
- Initiative health (RAG)
- Investment vs benefit tracking
- ROI% and payback
- Customer or operational impact metrics
- Leverage Claude AI to:
- Automate data summarization
- Generate executive-ready insights
- Build natural-language portfolio query capability
- Support narrative generation for ELT decks
- Improve automation and reduce manual reporting processes
- Consolidate initiative data from multiple sources (Excel, Salesforce, project trackers)
- Develop structured portfolio data models
- Introduce standardized templates for investment and benefit tracking
- Build scalable tracking frameworks to support future AI integration
- And other duties as assigned.
- 5 years in Program Management, PMO, Transformation Office, or Consulting
- Strong portfolio reporting and governance experience
- Advanced Excel and/or Power BI capabilities
- Experience building dashboards and automation workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude AI, OpenAI, Copilot) for reporting automation
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional environments
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
- Understanding of ROI modeling, financial analysis, and value realization tracking
- Experience with Salesforce data extraction and reporting
- Exposure to Azure, Power Automate, or API integrations
- Centralized portfolio dashboard live and automated
- Standardized ROI and value tracking model implemented
- Governance reporting cadence stabilized
- Reduced manual reporting effort by >30%
- Improved ELT portfolio visibility and decision quality
