Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Analyst with 0–2 years of experience to join a fast-growing, bootstrapped ticket trading platform and help manage the day-to-day operations behind millions of dollars in live event ticket sales. You'll work alongside one colleague to oversee an international ops team, troubleshoot production issues, and keep the company's financial books clean — all in a high-stakes, real-time environment.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and training a team of 6 international operations members, serving as the go-to escalation point when issues arise — including evenings and weekends
- Troubleshooting production issues across ticket marketplaces and point-of-sale systems (e.g., duplicate sales, fraudulent tickets, fulfillment errors)
- Reconciling the company's orders and finances daily to ensure all ticket purchases and sales are properly accounted for
- Managing risk thresholds for active trading positions and helping research new event types to stand up pricing algorithms
- Building lightweight automations and using internal tooling to improve operational workflows for the team
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
