- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective product presentation, upselling, and customer engagement
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system transactions
- Oversee inventory tasks such as stock replenishment, stock control, and merchandising to maintain an organized sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively, but not required
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory control
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
