The Position:
This position oversees LQ Academy. LQ Academy is a community preschool focused on the development of adolescents between the ages of 2 and 5. The Preschool Director must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. They should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.

Lake Quivira Country Club is conveniently located in Lake Quivira, KS; one mile east of I-435 at exit 8A, off Holliday Drive, just north of Shawnee, KS. Rarely ever any traffic to get to us! Qualifications:
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of solid leadership experience in a Preschool/Child Care Program with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
- Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred
- Kansas Director approval for up to 24 children
- Kansas State licensing knowledge preferred
- Meet state specific guidelines for the role (Inservice/Trainings)
- Able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
- Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity.
