What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN Rad Tech II – x-ray- CT position at QUITMAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL?
Position Purpose
Performs radiologic procedures and assists physicians and radiologists at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Responsible for special procedures, angiographic procedures, CT scans and related quality control monitoring as assigned. Ensures patient comfort and safety during procedures. Ensures a high quality of images produced. Responsible for availability and sterility of equipment and supplies used for assigned areas. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Sciences.
Experience:
Experience/certification in CT and Angiography preferred however Panola Medical Center will also provide crossing in CT and Angiography. Two (2) years experience as a staff technologist required.

Licenses/Certificates:
Must be ARRT registered. CPR, State License
