What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at QUITMAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL?
Position Purpose: To maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the healthcare facility. This is accomplished by performing a range of tasks. These tasks include - mopping, sweeping, dusting, disposing of various types of waste, distributing linen, and other duties as needed.
Position Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivilent preferred
Experience: Minimum of one year experience in related field
Licenses/Certificates:
Working Conditions: The majority of work is conducted in a clean, ventilated, well lighted, air conditioned/heated environment. May be occasionally required to perform light duties outdoors, such as trash removal from parking lot and grassy areas.
