Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day to day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management , training, and compliance. This role as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and practices support organizational goals and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records ,HR files and HR systems
Administer employee benefits , attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Support Performance management and appraisal process
Handle employee relation issues, grievances,and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, regulations, and posters
Develop, implement , and update HR policies and procedures
Assist CEO with ESOP and Profit Sharing documentation
Coordinate training, development, and employee engagemant initiatives
Coordinate Employee activities and appreciation
Support workplace health and safety
Member of safety committee
Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees
Provide Termination paperwork
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
5-7 years in Human Resources
PHR or SPHR Preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
High level of confidentiality and professionlism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and adaptability
Working Conditions
Full time Position
In Office
Monday- Friday 8:00 Am -4:30 PM
Reports to President
Salary/Exempt position
Must pass a background check and pre employment physical and drug screen
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
