- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
- Utilize Agency management system proficiently to track client interactions, policy details, and sales activities
- Maintain thorough documentation of client communications, policy changes, and regulatory requirements
Experience
- Proven success in sales roles within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs thoroughly and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in property casualty insurance is preferred, but will train the right individual that has strong communication and administrative skills.
